Terms of Use

This document sets out the rules for using the wejanno application (the "Application"), operated by Aros Advisory from Ontario, Canada. By using the Application you agree to follow them.

It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. Account security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• We are not liable for losses caused by someone else using your credentials.

We never ask for a social account username or password, and no part of the Application will ever request them. If anything claiming to be wejanno asks you for social media credentials, it is not us. Your connection is authorised through Zernio, as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptable use

You warrant that content you publish, schedule or manage through the Application:

• follows the terms, developer policies and community guidelines of the platform it is published to;
• is not spam, is not coordinated or manipulative engagement, and is not illegal, fraudulent, defamatory or hateful;
• does not infringe anyone's intellectual property.

You must not scrape the Application, run unauthorised bots against it, or take any action intended to disrupt its infrastructure.

3. Media you upload, and media we generate

Media you upload. You confirm you own it or are licensed to use it. The Application asks you to confirm this before your media can be used in anything published, and it will not publish media you have not confirmed.

Media we generate. Images and audio produced for you by generative models are yours to use in the posts they were made for. They are produced by third party providers, and generated imagery is illustrative. It does not depict real people, real premises or real work, and you should not present it as though it does.

Content licence. By uploading content you grant us a limited, non exclusive, royalty free licence to process, format, transmit and display it, solely to deliver the service you asked for.

4. Automated replies sent in your name

The Application can send replies to comments and direct messages on your behalf, within limits described in the Privacy Policy.

• Anything touching price, contracts, rights, royalties, timelines or buying intent is escalated to you and never sent automatically.
• Some categories are refused entirely and no reply is drafted.
• You can review what was sent on your behalf at any time.

A reply sent by the Application is sent in your name and is your responsibility. Configure the limits to suit your business, and review the escalation queue.

5. Our intellectual property

The interfaces, software, database design, graphics and marks that make up the Application are ours and are protected by Canadian and international law. Nothing in these terms transfers them to you.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account without notice for a material breach of these terms, for illegal activity, or for actions that threaten the stability of the service.

If an account is closed for a confirmed breach, any remaining paid period is forfeited.
